Heather Drabek now holds the title of Vice President, Branch Manager, Business/Personal Banker, Security Officer and is located in the Bad Axe office. Molly Rauschert has been promoted to Vice President, Business Banker at the Bay City, Center Avenue office. Heather has over 14 years financial service experience, beginning in banking as a Member Service Specialist and holding other positions such as Mortgage Loan Officer and Consumer Loan Officer and has been with Thumb Bank & Trust since 2016. Heather is currently a member of the Bad Axe Rotary Club, serves on the board of directors at Thumb Industries Inc, is Treasurer for the Huron County Child Abuse & Neglect Council and serves on the Alter Guild at Our Savior Lutheran Church. Heather lives and works in Bad Axe and is married with two daughters. Molly has sixteen years of financial service experience, beginning in banking as a Client Service Representative and moved with the same regional bank as a Personal Banker, Branch Manager, and Learning Facilitator. Molly has enjoyed all facets of banking but especially enjoys working with customers. Molly states, "It is very rewarding working with a local business/individual as they see an idea or dream realized and knowing I was a part of making that happen as their trusted banker." Molly began working with Thumb Bank & Trust three years ago as an Assistant Vice President, Business Banker. Molly is proud to serve as a Board Member for Just For Kids Charitable Organization in the Great Lakes Bay Region. She also lives, works, and raises her family in the Bay City Market and is a strong advocate of our community and strives to do her part to make it an even better place to live and work.
