Pigeon, Michigan, August 14, 2024, Thumb Bank & Trust’s Lexington branch is now open at
5536 Main Street and ready to serve customers in Lexington and the surrounding communities.
The branch is a great addition to the bank’s footprint in Sanilac County and expands the bank’s
market down the shoreline of Lake Huron.
The Lexington branch will host a 2-Day Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, August 29th
and Friday, August 30th. “We are excited to welcome new and existing customers and to be
part of the Lexington community. Our bankers have already been involved in many great
events this summer in Lexington and we look forward to continuing the bank's tradition of
community involvement," said Market President Kelly Gerstenberger.
Tabitha Ellul has joined the bank as a Business Development Specialist and will work out of the
Lexington branch. Tabitha comes to the bank with over eleven years’ experience in banking
most recently as a Banking Center Manager.
Tabitha is a graduate of Walsh College and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in
Finance. She is the Treasurer for the Lexington Lions Charities, Inc. and is excited to be part of
a local community bank team. Tabitha and her family reside in Croswell.
