Thursday, August 1, 2019 / Categories: Events July Events We kicked off July with the Freedom Festival in Cass City, where our Super Bankers soared through the 41st Annual Freedom Festival parade. The Super Bankers were busy at numerous parades this month; besides Cass City, our float traveled to the Auburn Cornfest, the Pigeon Farmer’s Summerfest, and the Munger Potato Festival. We supported many golf fundraisers, including the 35th Annual Bay City Area Chamber of Commerce golf outing, Pigeon Farmer’s Summerfest’s men’s and women’s golf scrambles, the Huron County Hockey Association outing, and a farmer’s golf outing in Beech Hollow. Our Ice Cream cart was working overtime at so many events, we can’t even list them all! One of the most exciting events is the Wednesday’s in the Park series held at Bay City’s Wehnona Park. If you haven’t been to one, you should! And be sure to stop by our ice cream cart for a cool treat while you enjoy the show! Other community events during the month of July included the Huron Community Fair, Tuscola County Fair, Pigeon Lions Club Safari, YFC Auction, and FREE swim days at the Cass City pool. Donations were made to the 5th Annual Shovel Run, Silver Bullet Speedway, Bad Axe’s Police and Firemen’s softball tournament, and the OLLH auction, just to name a few. Summer is in full swing, so just wait to see what we do during the month of August! Previous Article Signs of Summer Next Article Cheeseburger Fun! Print Load last 1 media item(s)Loading...
